Event Staff and Volunteers

We are seeking enthusiastic and hard working staff and volunteers to be part of our festival crew for Southbound. People who are passionate about events, music, arts and environment are strongly encouraged to apply!!

There are a variety of roles staff and volunteers can get involved in such as Green team, ticketing, parking, campsite, retail, cloakroom, arts projects, team leaders and more!  We also offer free camping onsite to all staff and volunteers; however you must be over 18 to camp at Southbound.

If you are interested to see the bands, then a volunteer position is most suitable as most paid positions require staff to work long hours and often are not located near stages.

Bar Staff

People with RSA and bar experience are encouraged to apply for work with Independent Events who manage our bars at events.
