The winning band receives a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to open the fifth annual Southbound Festival to be held on Friday and Saturday Jan 2nd & 3rd, 2009 at Sir Stewart Bovell Park, Busselton.
And it doesn't end there... not only will the winning band earn their place on the Southbound Stage, on Saturday 3rd Jan 2009, they will also have the choice between the following two state-of-the-art sound equipment prize packs worth $5,000 thanks to Jim Beam and their partner in sound, Jands. All equipment will be individually personalized with Jim Beam insignia.
