The Grounds

The site is a grassed reserve and is pretty flat and solid (when dry). However, if you find you are having problems accessing certain areas of the festival, please head to the Info Point on site where assistance can be given.

ACROD Viewing Platform

There is a dedicated viewing platform for the Harbour Stage, located at the front of house. Accessible patrons should report to the security person at the mixing tent and ask for assistance. Please note space on the platform is limited.

Parking

There will be limited parking spaces for vehicles displaying ACROD stickers in the City of Fremantle Marine Terrace Car Park (Car Park # 2), which is at the corner of Cliff Street and Marine Terrace. Please contact the Sunset Events office (9336 2837 or info@sunsetevents.com.au) prior to the festival to register for the parking gate list.

Carers

If you are a companion card holder you are entitled to one free ticket for your carer. These tickets are only available through Moshtix 1300 GET TIX (1300 438 849) at the time of your ticket purchase. Please phone Moshtix to find your nearest outlet.

Toilets

One accessible toilet will be available on site. This toilet will not be available to the general public and will be kept locked. This toilet will be located adjacent to the Cloak room/Info point. The key will be available at the Cloak room/Info point.

Medical Support Site

A St John medical team will be located at either ends of the festival - one is to the left hand side of the Harbour stage and the other is near the market stalls. Check the festival map for locations.

Passouts

If you require a passout, please contact the Sunset office on 9336 2837 or info@sunsetevents.com.au with your details so that your name may be registered on the passout list at the gate.
