Event Staff & Volunteers
Interested in working in a fun and exciting environment and meeting awesome people!?
There are various roles in event areas such as Gate, Green Team, Fringe Festival and more.
Volunteers do an 8 hour shift in exchange for a ticket whereas paid staff often work through the entire event.
You must be 18+ to work at any of our events. ID checks will be conducted on successful applicants.

Bar Staff
Bar staff, cashiers, stockers, bar supervisors and volunteer roles for all bar areas at our events, are sourced through Independent Events.

Volunteering & Student Placements
Throughout the year we have a limited number of voluntary positions available in the Sunset Events office.
Preference will be given to those who have studied or are studying events management, music, arts management, business, PR, marketing or human resources.
Essential skills and requirements
Experience at minimum intermediate level in use of Microsoft Office inc Word, Outlook and Excel.
Good communication skills, great phone manner, ability to work to deadlines, research and reporting skills and a passion for music, arts, the environment and our events is essential.
Previous experience in administration, events, music industry or PR would be highly regarded.
