CHILDREN COLLIDE
Forming in the primordial ooze of Melbourne’s pub scene’s carpets after a hitchhiking odyssey from ‘up North’, Children Collide are Johnny (vocals/guitar), Heath (bass) and Ryan (Drums). They played their first gig two years back during the witching hour of Halloween, which had no bearing on the rest of their career other than sounding really awesome. In 2005 they released We Three, Brave And True, a six-track EP that didn't so much announce the group’s arrival as kick the door down. Children Collide don’t have hairy palms and they don’t sound particularly like anything – unless you actually have a witty epithet for bands that play barnstorming songs about fishes and feuds inspired by David Attenborough and Boney M. In which case you can call them whatever you like.
