ABBE MAY & THE ROCKIN’ PNEUMONIA
Fronted by the enigmatic and eccentric Abbe May, The Rockin’ Pneumonia’s explosive live shows can slide from stomping distorted blues to eerie and unnerving field hollers, often within one song. Formed in 2007, the band has recorded two albums and tour Australia frequently to widespread critical acclaim. The Rockin’ Pneumonia launched EP Hawaiian Disease in May 2009.
